Field Notes - small jumping spider approx 5mm in length. seemed to be to faint white bands across tail with a white smudge in the middle. some interesting behavior was observed where it sought shelter beneath a huntsman spider and continued to follow it as the larger spider moved around. eventually the larger spider went crazy and the jumping spider was left to fend for itself. i was not aware of mutually beneficial relationships between spiders.

1.2cm long beetles with elongated lozenge shaped body. Elytra are the colour of iridescent copper/brass, extremely shiny. The thorax and head are light orange/yellow with black eyes and segmented antennae. Legs are orange yellow with black feet.
