This was considered a Reniera in the 1975 edition of Light's Manual. It has no known nudibranch predator. As seen in the 2d image, in moving, this sponge grades from lavender-colored in light (on the side of the boulder) to gray-tan in shaded habitat on the underside of the boulder.
