Seaside Bird's-Beak (Cordylanthus rigidus ssp. littoralis) Native/endemic annual plant in the Broomrape (Orobanchaceae) family growing in sandy soil. This subspecies grows on dunes/ancient dunes. Plant is puberulent to soft-hairy. Leaves are linear, often inrolled. Peak bloom time: August. CNPS rare plant rank of 1B.1.
