had my head in the Makaka bush for about an hour rummaging through and giving little shakes to try and spot these micro moths. Some good photos were obtained
had enough of me in short order and dived into a rock pool crevice (9th photo). Photos 10-13 are three other individuals I wasn't able to get too many shots of.

Noted on window sill in former Department of Conservation Accommodation Building (The A Frame). Specimen about 30 mm long, very active. Let it go once images were taken.
Its here where I really miss Stephen Thorpe - he'd be on this one in nano seconds, give it a name, followed by some usually barbed remark. The guy knew his stuff....Rest in peace e'hoa.
