Here's an observation this year (2022) with better pics of wing venation. Same location.

Found along Gordon's Creek, in the leaves of a Dysoxylum gaudichaudianum sapling (at ~3-4 meters above ground). This sapling was growing next to (almost touching) a very large, mature Dysoxylum gaudichaudianum, on which small sap runs were observed ~ 2 meters from ground level.
