I am mostly a self-taught naturalist, though I have taken some grad classes in ecology at Antioch University New England. I have been an outdoor educator in a variety of roles including as a camp counselor at Oswegatchie Educational Center, an outreach educator with the Chewonki Foundation, a naturalist and summit guide at the Adirondack Mountain Club, a naturalist and Mountain Classroom instructor at the Appalachian Mountain Club, a camp counselor at Tin Mountain and (currently) a middle school science teacher at Mt. Abraham Union Middle School in Bristol, VT. I love sharing my passion for the outdoors with my students.
