I have a lifetime interest in the outdoors, the natural world and sustainable ecological management, both in my private and my professional life. Growing up in Central Western Queensland I have been a cowboy, a forest ranger and environmental investigator. Currently working part time as a professional ecologist in the resource industry. My main interest at the moment is Australian mammals especially the greater gliders. (Petauriodes). I own a property in the North Burnett region of Queensland which has 100 ha of remnant vegetation. Trying hard to maintain it in good ecological condition
