You can always tell when someone is new to natural observations. They talk about their "life list" a lot. It's understandable. So many new species, so many new field marks to get to know, so many new sites to find and keep track of. Above all, though, that life list expands very rapidly. I'm one of those people right now when it comes to odonates. I've only been keeping track for three years. Two of those three have been pandemic years, so I haven't ventured out much beyond my base region in Central Texas. Even so, my list expanded by about 30% over last year.

*There is remote possibility of a Two-striped Forceptail . Any feedback would be most welcome.
T1 and T2 as well as T3 and T4 are so close together as to be almost fused. I really haven't seen them so close together on Broad-stripeds before. Two-striped Forceptails have been ID'd in this location before. Any input would be welcome.

How fun! Did you generate/extract this list out of iNat somehow?
Thanks Mikael!
Sadly, I had to do everything manually. Had to note down each of my first observations and the date. iNat doesn't have a "first reported" option like eBird does, even though it's been requested repeatedly. There's probably a way of making Excel do it with a csv file, but I don't know it. After that I entered them into a table in Word, converted that to html and then deleted all but the most basic table markup. Wouldn't recommend it for anything much longer than my 20 items or so.
Hahah! I've had very similar struggles with data and formatting on various platforms. Nothing does what you want it to do!
