Diario del proyecto MacCormacks Beach Provincial Park

01 de abril de 2023

First journal article for MacCormacks Beach!

Welcome!

MacCormacks Beach is one of Nova Scotia's many provincial parks. On the NS Parks website the description is simply: 'Located in Eastern Passage adjacent to Fisherman’s Cove, this park offers an extensive boardwalk that provides coastal walking opportunities and beautiful views of Halifax and McNabs and Lawlor Islands Provincial Park.'

Hopefully articles in this journal will entice you to come visit the area.
Hopefully in addition to exploring, nature will be observed and recorded.
Help highlight the species found in and around the beach.

You don’t need to be an expert to share observations. You don't need to know the species name – just try to get good photos to facilitate identification by others. See this handy guide.

Remember to read feedback from the community. Learn. Practice. Improve your skills! Mentor others.

The iNat stats as of today (2023-04-01) were 354 observations of 134 species from 55 observers.
