More species added

I have added four more recently approved or identified species to the project:
Ceutorhynchus scrobicollis
Bangasternus fausti
Dichrorampha aeratana
Rhinusa dieckmanni
Bagous nodulosus

Two other species are not included in iNaturalist's taxonomy, I will add them when iNat does:
Aceria angustifoliae
Rhinusa dieckmanni

Up and running!

The project is now up and running. I have added 87 species from List 1 of the Winston et al. Catalogue recorded as having been released in Canada. Two species in that list, Pegomya curticornis and Subanguina picridis, are not included in iNaturalist's taxonomy - if iNaturalist adds them I will include them in the project.

As of yesterday there were 9,273 observations of 46 species showing in the project.
The biggest surprise for me was the widespread occurrence of Aplocera plagiata, an agent for St. John's wort, Hypericum perforatum, in eastern Canada. I don't think this has been reported in the biocontrol literature, although I stand to be corrected.

Thanks to @thomasbarbin for permission to use his beautiful image of Chrysolina hyperici as the banner for the project page.

And thanks too of course to Rachel Winston and her co-authors and cooperators for maintaining the Catalogue that the list of agent species is taken from.

I hope you will find the project useful, and please let me have your comments and suggestions.

Alec.
