Hey, naturalists of Philly. We are at 298 species right now -- just barely a new and momentous milestone. Will we have to wait for years for a rare bird to come along? We'll have to see. Keep an eye out for anything interesting to get us those 2 more needed species!

Only 243 observations are needed of any species of bird in Philadelphia to reach 20,000 records. Exciting! Keep birding and exploring!
