Thought this was a Catalina walking stick but after looking at other observations on here I'm not sure
green grasshopper at boat ramp.
On the way back from the Indian Creek Ranch gathering, I did some blacklighting around the north entrance of San Angelo State Park -- dry, hot, and windy, but lots of bugs still came! :)
Several of these in the cave. Body maybe half an inch in length, not counting legs and massively long antennae. Location needs fixing- need to put it exactly on the cave.

I first biked up one of the LPK trails to try to find a rare grass, Sporobolus clandestinus, but had no luck. I rode back to my car and then biked to an area that had been recently burned. I finished my day by blacklighting and walking around HID 2020 looking for insects and plants I had missed so far. Had to leave around 10PM so the sheet didn't attract too many big insects.

I think they were all around what looks like dog feces but it’s hard to tell.
I am going through old pictures and don't have a more accurate location.
