Leafminer (and rust spots) on Cape Ivy.
Unsure of leaf as it was found on the ground. Possibly Cornus? Seemed underdeveloped. In any case, no idea what this is. Very woolly.
9/12/24 Update: dissected to find wasps in small chambers. Could possibly be parasites.

Galled twig ends on Coffeeberry on San Bruno Mountain - Not in Russo, and I can't find any other references for it yet.
