Neotropic or double crested...
Went out to see what was out on the dike this morning. It was very windy, and the birds for the most part, hunkered down in the rocks and other lee parts of the dike.
With a Double-crested Cormorant
Sitting on this rock are two Brandt's Cormorants. They are just a few of the birds seen while I unsuccessfully looked for a reported Black-tailed Gull.
