Definitely Aphanicercella- complete whorls of setae on last few segments (a bit blurry but visible in the photo), but not over the entire abdomen (excluding Balinskycercella).
I wouldn't be surprised if it was cassida, but I will need to check that in more detail before I identify to sp.
