6 plants were counted, with only one flowering. One had four buds not far from flowering. the other 4 were newly emergent and about 2 cm tall. 5 were in a row about 50 cm long and the other was a couple of metres or more away.
This cluster of plants was in an open area near the edge of an area burnt on either 23 or 24 January 2021. It could have been burnt in a backburn to control the wild fire. The fire seemed to have been intense enough to remove all leaf litter and almost all of the undergrowth.
