iNat ID'ed as Hooded Oriole 1st. I kind of agree but am not sure. Hooded Oriole would be unusual here (North of normal range), Orchard Oriole more common but rare in July. This is in the afternoon after Hurricane Beryl had just passed through in the morning. Could have rode the storm or came trying to avoid the storm. I'll just leave as Oriole and see if an expert can clarify ID.
