It’s a seedling underneath my cherry tree. Most have been brought in by the birds as I did not plant it there nor do I have a palm tree in my garden

Three mature Phoenix palms 45 metres away, on neighbouring properties, likely source of seedlings.

Another self-seeded palm growing beside the house in a very damp area. Not certain how long it's been growing for, possibly many years.
