A solo visit -- and yet another unsuccessful visit to find an Obscure Skipper. I followed Ron Smith's advice and arrived early, stayed along the mangrove edges, shook the vegetation occasionally, and left before spending 4+ hours looking at Saltmarsh Skippers. The weather at the start was overcast, 82 degrees ("feels like" 92), with a light breeze. The weather at the end was sunny, 89 degrees ("feels like" 100), with a light breeze. I left at 0918 and headed to Brasher Park in Port Richey.
Wow what a great capture.
