At West Klosterman Preserve
Found 6+ colonies in a sun-exposed elevated area at the edge of a wood in very rocky clay. The first fungal chamber was directly under a large rock, colonies contained at least 2 chambers, more often 3-4. Almost every chamber contained arthropod body parts of some kind; beetle elytra and heads of various beetles/ants. More workers than expected if it is Cyphomyrmex wheeleri though, as we estimate ~100-150 for several colonies, and did not reach the last chamber.
