I hiked in the George F Canyon Nature Trail in Rolling Hills CA on April 27th. I observed biotic factors like , plants, bees and butterflies. The canyon was full of California bush sunflowers. This trail was one of the trails on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
I also saw abiotic components like seasonal stream that runs along the trail.

I hiked in the Madrona Marsh in Torrance CA on April 6th. I observed biotic factors like birds, plants and animals. There were several birds in the area.
I also saw abiotic components like seasonal wetland with vernal pools.. The vernal pools had a lot of bird activities.

I hiked in the Ballona Wetlands in Playa Del Rey CA I went on a salt marsh tour.

I observed biotic factors like birds, plants and animals ( there was a skunk on the trail) . There were numerous types of insects in the area. The area had a lot of mosquitos.
I also saw abiotic components like salt marsh in the reserve.

I hiked in the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve in Huntington Beach CA. I observed biotic factors like birds, plants and animals. There were numerous types of insects in the area. I saw a bunny hiding in the bushes.
I also saw abiotic components like inner and outer Bolsa Bays in the reserve. The full tidal bay to the Pacific Ocean was the area where more birds. You could also see the low tide rocky areas.
