I am a hobbyist nature photographer living in southeast Michigan. I've been taking photos for about a decade of the plants and animals that I find near my home and on my travels. I've become interested in identifying what I find and I'm looking forward to contributing :)

Seek was my gateway drug to iNat and the world of identification. Unfortunately, Seek is terrible on Android phones so I don't really use it anymore after switching from Apple, but thankfully the Android iNaturalist app is awesome compared to iPhone.

If I ID something incorrectly, I try to retract it as soon as possible once I'm notified. I usually check my notifications at least once a day unless I'm particularly busy.
