I am a biological anthropologist with research interests in primate behavior, the evolution of social complexity, sustainability, ecotourism, the human – wildlife interface, and ethics in field primatology/anthropology. I've been involved in fieldwork since 1992, and have observed wild primates in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panamá, Honduras, Belize, Suriname, Colombia, Bali, and Zambia. I’m currently developing an environmental anthropology research project and field school in Belize.
