I work with A Rocha Canada (https://arocha.ca/what-we-do/conservation/) studying water quality in the Little Campbell River / TATALU. My educational background is in physics, but since the time I joined iNaturalist I have had a growing curiosity about the plants, birds, and insects around me. I've learned a bit about identification of a few species in this area, but really this journey has been one of realizing how complex, diverse, and imminent the natural world is.
