With October's foliage extravaganza long over, the brown and gray month of November posed a challenge for photo of the month. As always iNaturalist Vermont photographers came through. They captured interesting shapes and textures along with pinpoints of color, proof that there is always something to contribute to iNaturalist even as the world seems to slip into hibernation. Thanks to Sue Elliott, last month's winner, for selecting our finalists. As always, if you are reading this and are a registered iNaturalist observer, you can vote by replying to this post with the number of the photo-observation you like best.
