Cistanche, phylogeny and revision

The results of this thesis revolutionize some parts of the Cistanche taxonomy:

In particular, chapter 4 (page 57 or 45) and the key (page 71 or 59) are extremely interesting.

There are some newly-described taxa that have received no formal description so far.
