Hi, everyone!
Yes, Louisville will be participating in the iNaturalist City Nature Challenge again this year. If you are familiar with iNaturalist and how to use it, great! If you would like to involve others who are not familar with it, you can send them this link for getting started with iNat. https://citynaturechallenge.org/participate/
You can also send them this very useful pdf from the California Academy of Sciences, co-host of the City Nature Challenge. It is a very useful how to guide;
https://citynaturechallenge.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Exploring-Nature-in-and-around-your-home.pdf
THEN, PLEASE, SIGN UP FOR THIS PROJECT so you can be kept abreast of news that I will publish from time to time and that you can read from your iNaturalist account.
Be well and stay tuned for updates!

Hello! Because you participated in the 2022 iNaturalist City Nature Challenge, I thought I'd let you know that the Project folder for 2023 is up now.
Please add the 2023 Project folder to your project list so you can get my journal posts between now and April 28 when we get started.
If you have questions, leave them in comments, please. Looking forward to seeing that you have signed up for this project here: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/city-nature-challenge-2023-louisville-metro
PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOU HAVE SEEN THIS MESSAGE BECAUSE I AM STILL TESTING THIS OUT AS A MEANS OF COMMUNICATION.
Be well!
Margaret Carreiro (margaridamaria)
I'm excited to participate again!
I did notice that the date for the event currently seems to be set incorrectly, it says "April 28, 2023 - January 1, 2023".
I look forward to participating again.
