In Pohnpei, we refer to this dish as "Uht," though it’s also known as "Banana." It’s a simple, everyday food that can be prepared whenever you want. The ingredients I use are sugar, salt, and coconut oil. A generous amount of sugar is necessary for a comforting flavor, along with a small pinch of salt and the oil from two coconuts.
