I'm a long time engineer/tech manager turned nature enthusiast. I'm a certified California Naturalist, Certified Interpretive Guide from the NAI, and produce a nature podcast called Nature's Archive. In fact, I've interviewed several iNat curators and contributors, profiled the City Nature Challenge, and had many other wonderful guests.

As of May 6, 2022, I left my engineering management job in Silicon Valley to pursue nature conservation full time! My goal is to empower everyone, no matter their existing relationship with nature, and no matter where they are at physically or figuratively, to discover and advance their own nature journey. I'm building a new nonprofit with this mission.

I'd love to partner with, collaborate with, or simply amplify your nature passion. If anything I've written sounds interesting, please message me!

A bit more about me...I spend most of my free time pursuing some nature activity - hiking, photography, taking uni courses, collecting field guides, leading Audubon or Open Space hikes and bioblitzes.

Birding has probably been my longest standing nature hobby (after photography), so you can also find me on eBird.
