Today is the 14th day of #30DaysWild! Annual challenge from the UK Wildlife Trusts.

Brief look around Bushy Ruff Park again. Saw a large wasp feeding, a butterfly, a damselfly (not photographed), and some more usual insects. I observed my first Spittlebug and saw a Ground Hopper that looked like it was wearing armour.

New species I saw today;

• yet to be ID'd Spittlebug
• yet to be ID'd Ground Hopper, Genus Tetrix
• German Yellowjacket (Vespula germanica) AKA German Wasp (English)
• Bird's-foot Trefoil (Lotus corniculatus) AKA common bird's-foot trefoil (English)
• Small Heath (Coenonympha pamphilus)
