Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary:
Join the CVH Animal Sanctuary on Sunday, May 1 from 12-2pm for the City Nature Challenge and one of a kind nature scavenger hunt & bioblitz. This event is open to all ages and pairs nature sleuths with some of the top birders, entomologists, naturalists, educators, and biologists in the state. A rare and unique opportunity to learn from the very best while exploring the beauty of the outdoors. Please bring water bottle and wear hiking shoes. ]

The Maritime Aquarium:
CITY NATURE CHALLENGE TEACHER WORKSHOP: Calling All Teachers in Fairfield and Westchester Counties! Join us on March 31 from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. for an informative virtual session and learn about the City Nature Challenge.
We will provide details on the event, examples of how you can engage your students whether teaching virtually or in-person, and highlight how the City Nature Challenge aligns with NGSS standards. There are opportunities for students in all grades to participate in the City Nature Challenge!
