Hi all, getting out to look for orchids this year so I hope to have more posts.
As of 6/4/22 I have found 2 species Western Rattlesnake Plantain and Fairy Slipper off to good start.

So far, the hunt has been good but no new species yet. Found a Stripped Coralroot its the best specimen I've every seen, growing right at the road edge. 5 stocks that were perfect in form and color. Also checked on the Mountain ladies slipper site on Elk Creek, I'm happy to report that the patch has grown quit large with many many small plants and quit a few large mature plants, most had many flowers most were smaller then usual.
I'll be reporting my finds and post more notes.
