Forbidden hiking trails in a french forest (again ...)

another hiking trail, in the Vosges range, has been recently forbidden by the new owner.
He implements a french law from 2023, whose core was to eliminate barriers around private forests so to allow the free roaming of wild animals. Not to forbid hiking trails existing since decades ...
The village concerned in the Vosges forest (Rimbach-près-Masevaux), has created an NGO and a petition gathering signatures.

Thanks all for your support. Yes, spread it around you, please. The more people participate, the more pressure can be put on the politicians who have the power to change this law asap. Otherwise, tomorrow it's going to be another trail anywhere else in France, and another one, etc.

@nschwab Merci Nicolas. Je suis à 100km de Rimbach, mais si on ne fait rien, demain des chemins seront interdits dans le Jura (très boisé, et si qqn interdisait demain l´accès au Risoux, ou au Noirmont?? impensable!), dans les Alpes, ou ailleurs. C´est inadmissible.
Etant active sur iNat, c´est un moyen d´atteindre nb de personnes qui randonnent et/ou se baladent simplement dans la nature.
For a politician, seeing that people living accross the border and tourists enjoying the alsatian region have signed is RELEVANT. Because the region lives partly from tourism. The closed hiking trail in Rimbach has a direct impact on local people living from tourism (camping, hotels, restaurants, "fermes-auberges" in the mountain, typical of this region).
The region is also frequented by foreign people (to cross when you come from the NL or Belgia to skiing resorts or summer holidays in the Alps or CH, the typical Xmas-markets, the Vine road, etc, etc.).
So, yes, signatures from people abroad ARE RELEVANT. Thanks.

iNat montre que vous avez saisi nombre d´observations en Alsace, ou en Franche-Comté, ou proche de ces régions.
Dans le Haut-Rhin, un sentier de rando vient d´être interdit et DÉTRUIT par le nouveau proprétaire privé de la forêt que le sentier traverse (c´est un effet "colatéral" d´une nouvelle loi de 2023, qui demande la suppression des enclos autour des terrains privés, pour permettre la libre circulation des animaux sauvages, pas l´interdiction de se balader en forêt).
Interdictions aussi de hectares entiers de forêt privée dans les Alpes-Maritimes, dans la Chartreuse ... et demain devant chez vous, ou dans votre coin de forêt préféré?
Plusieurs comités de défense se sont créés et des pétitions circulent. Si vous vous sentez concerné, ce serait formidable d´apporter votre signature aux deux pétitions. Voir liens plus haut. Merci à tous.

Tout ça devient affligeant, j'ai déjà fait 3 signalements dans mon coin aussi via le collectif de @mercantour ... après à peine seulement 1 mois de retour en France... c'est vraiment triste.
Après tant d'efforts d'associations, de communes, de regions... pour créer, protéger, baliser, entretenir, redynamiser et promouvoir des zones naturelles d'exception déjà bien fragilisées... où les efforts payaient enfin, c'est juste sidérant de non sens.
